Appel à projets Food 4.0: SATW

Souvent, les petites études préalables et analyses susceptibles de déboucher sur des projets prometteurs se heurtent à un manque de moyens de financement. C’est la raison pour laquelle les Académies suisses des sciences, sous la direction de la SATW, soutiennent des projets d’initialisation à concurrence d’un montant maximal de CHF 25 000. 

L’aide porte sur des projets de mise en œuvre innovants dans les principaux domaines de développement suivants, en tenant compte des conditions de durabilité, de qualité, de sécurité, de traçabilité ainsi que de l’intérêt des consommateur·rice·s :

  • Technologies pour des produits hybrides de différentes sources de protéines ;
  • Biotechnologie de précision / biotransformation ;
  • Transformation numérique du système alimentaire ;
  • Agriculture de précision
