Am 9. April 1981, also vor 40 Jahren, wurde die SATW feierlich im Nationalratssaal des Bundeshauses in Bern gegründet.

Protocol foundation

The foundation is complete. The minutes record that 16 voting members of the founding societies are present. They approve the statutes without dissenting votes and elect Heinrich Ursprung as the first President of SATW.

The signatures of the founding members

16 members of the nine founding member companies have signed the founding act of SATW.

The Articles of Association are created

as an important part of the preparations, the statutes of SATW had to be drawn up. Article 1 describes, among other things, the purpose of SATW.
